Eligibility Criteria:

  • The applicant should be of minimum 18 years of age.
  • The applicant shall be of Indian nationality or a company registered in India or Non-Resident
  • Indians/Persons of Indian origin or a Multi-National Company having its registered office in India.
  • Preference will be given to the applicants who own the similar business interest and having title free land / clear title lease land as per the required criteria.
