How To Apply
- The applicant warrants that the information contained in this is accurate and understands that NEXGEN ENERGIA LTD relies on it while accessing the applicant.
- The applicant assures Nexgen Energia Ltd. that the land for the project is free from any encumbrance and is fit for use for the type of project applied.
- The applicant further assures Nexgen Energia Ltd. that it has the necessary financial capacity or has made necessary arrangements for the funds or will arrange necessary funds required for the type of project applied for.
- All necessary permissions required from statutory authorities, civil work, infrastructure are in the scope of the applicant.
- After successful processing of the application form, the applicant shall be called upon to apply for a License of the project applied and execution of a formal Agreement. The applicant shall enter into the Agreement with Nexgen Energia Ltd. within 15 days on such terms and conditions as mentioned in the said Agreement.
- The application fee deposited along with the present application form shall not be refundable in any circumstances.
- DD/Cheque/NEFT/RTGS/Online/Wallet/etc should be done in favour of Nexgen Energia Ltd.
