Mr. Raghav Chandra an Indian Administrative Service officer, rose to be Secretary to the Government of India. Have been a member of the following Committee of Secretaries of the Government of India to report to the current Prime Minister: (A) Infrastructure and Communications and (B) Social Development and Education. He has worked extensively on economic, infrastructure and sustainability issues. As Chairman of the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), he has lead the biggest infrastructure program in the world on PPP mode. He has Masters degrees from Harvard University (as an Edward S Mason Fellow, dividing time between the Harvard Kennedy School and the Harvard Business School) and Delhi University (as a resident of St Stephens College). Have also participated in various Executive Management courses in top global institutes. Currently, Independent Director on the Boards of Welspun Enterprises Ltd, Vardhaman Special Steels Ltd and the Delhi Golf Club. Have conceptualized the digital advisory app called CUNSULT to be launched in the coming year. As President of the Society for Culture and Environment (and Director of the Bhopal Literature Festival) have successfully conducted two editions of the BLF. He is an Adjunct Faculty with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs . He write op-eds on management and sustainability issues; have a monthly column in Businessworld magazine. He was especially nominated by the Election Commission of India as an overarching Special Observer for the Lok Sabha General Elections 2019 covering the States of Punjab and Haryana and again recently for the Rajya Sabha Elections 2020 in Gujarat. Mr. Chandra’s diverse experience in development of industrial/urban infrastructure, international trade , investment promotion & corporate marketing, financial management will guide us as market leader in green energy
